Listen Lil Babies, I already know there’s some of us that can’t do a push-up right away. Have no fear The REDNECK is here to save the day. I have a solution…..we are going to use the same concept but with the wall and not the floor 🙂 then graduate to the couch and then with lots of practice you will finally be able to do a push-up!!
