Y’all forget texting while you’re getting stuck in traffic. Grab your Wally World Water bottle and strengthen that grip. Make sure that you work both arms so you don’t get lopsided. You already know! 🙂 Shoot don’t ever pass up an opportunity to get ya redneck workout on. We a bunch of non-traditional folks doing non-traditional thangs!!
