Y’all have seen them folks push and pull cars for cardio workouts, so us rednecks going to bring it down to our level and do some MOW PUSH PULLS with your very own mower…in your very own yard. This easy peasy exercise is a sure fire way to get that heart rate up real quick. You already know you gotta gather up some materials. You gonna need…. oh shoot, just watch the video. I give you ABC 123 instructions! 🙂
