Lil Babies you have to crawl before you walk just like you have lift small weights before the big weights. And I promise you I got humbled myself this week. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Today I’m going to show y’all how to build your very own homemade weights to put on your very own Farmer’s Carry Bar! Y’all going to need a few items, but I already know you rednecks got everything you need laying around your house. 🙂 Remember start small and build up. Once you master these Redneck Workout Tips, please by all means move on to bigger and better things. I want to see you grow and develop into the folks you was always meant to be!! 🙂 I could just hug you big because I’m super duper proud of you!! Since I’m not there, give yourself a hug for me!
